This was the 3rd home that Maria Rampinelli has assisted us in buying/selling, over the last 30 years. She and her team are like an excellent bottle of wine, they get better with age. Maria’s creativity and the application of a staging concept made it happen. We did the painting, floor refinishing, etc., based on a detailed list provided by Maria. Maria then had us remove some of our furniture and she provided decorations, window treatments, and furniture more appropriate for the target buyer. We had offers in 1 day and sold the house 3 days after listing with a closing in about 60 days. What a great team Maria has assembled.
